Run a webinar with the AI host
End-to-end with webinar-generator. The first run takes 20 to 30 minutes, and most of that time is the avatar render running in the background.
Before you start
- Brand voice and ICP filled in under Knowledge
- A presenter voice handle picked (you’ll set this in step 1)
- One audience segment ready in CRM for the registration funnel
What you’ll learn: how the agent chains outline, script, slides, and avatar render together, and where you approve each artifact before the next stage starts.
Steps
- Set brand context and ICP in Knowledge, including a presenter voice handle. The voice handle is what the AI host uses to introduce the session, so pick one that matches whichever team member would normally present.
- Hire Webinar Generator from the Agent Store.
- Provide a topic, audience segment, and target length. 25 minutes is the sweet spot for first-run webinars: long enough to cover real material, short enough that the avatar render finishes during the same coffee break.
- Review the outline, script, slides, and avatar artifacts as they generate. Each artifact has its own approval checkpoint, so you can edit copy or swap slide imagery without re-running upstream stages.
- Approve the stitched replay video. This is the point at which the registration page becomes shareable.
- Configure the registration funnel and a post-webinar follow-up sequence. Both are pre-wired; you’re just confirming the segment, sender, and email cadence.
In-product: Marketing → Webinars → New webinar.
How long does each stage take
Outline takes about 30 seconds. Script lands in two to three minutes. Slides render in roughly five minutes. The avatar video is the long pole, usually 15 to 20 minutes for a 25-minute target. The Active Agents tile shows live progress so you can leave it running and come back.
If something looks wrong
- Avatar render stuck at 0% for more than five minutes. The voice handle might be unavailable. Pick a different presenter voice and re-approve the script step to retrigger the render.
- Slides drift off-brand. The slide generator pulls colors and fonts from Settings → Brand Kit. If brand kit is empty, slides default to a generic palette. Fill in brand kit and rerun the slides step alone.
- Registration page shows the wrong segment. You can fix this without rerunning the agent. Open the workflow created in step 6 and swap the segment node directly.
