Developers
Three things connect 10ex to your own website and systems. Each uses a key or URL you copy from the app. None needs an API key.
| What | Where you copy it | Page |
|---|---|---|
| A form, shown inline, as a popup or as an iframe | Forms → your form → Share | Embed a form |
| A tracker that tells you which companies visit your site | Settings → Website tracking | Install the website tracker |
| A URL that starts a workflow when you send it a signed request | Workflow editor → Triggers | Trigger a workflow from a webhook |
The two scripts load from https://app.10ex.ai/embed/ and send data to https://api.10ex.ai. They don’t use React or any other library, so they work on any site: plain HTML, Webflow, WordPress, a tag manager, or a single-page app.
What 10ex doesn’t offer yet
- No public REST API or API keys. The app’s own API only accepts a signed-in user’s session, so you can’t call it from your own code.
- No outgoing webhooks. 10ex doesn’t post events such as “new contact” to your servers yet.
- No SDKs and no MCP server.
To move data in or out of 10ex today, use the integrations (Gmail, Outlook, ad platforms, your CMS, Google Drive and more) or a workflow step that calls an app for you.
Lock embeds to your domains
Both embeds let you list the domains they may run on. Until you add a domain, any site that copies your snippet can send data into your workspace. Add your domains before you go live:
- Forms: open the form, then Settings in the Publish menu → Allowed domains.
- Tracker: Settings → Website tracking → Allowed domains.
