Connect Claude or ChatGPT (MCP)
10ex has a connector for AI assistants that support remote MCP servers, such as Claude and ChatGPT. Once connected, you can ask the assistant to work in your 10ex workspace: “how many credits do I have?”, “run the Prospector agent on these companies”, “approve the pending emails”.
The assistant acts as you. It sees what you can see, and the same permissions and credit charges apply as in the app.
Connect
The URL is also on Settings → API & developer, under Connect Claude or ChatGPT.

In Claude (or ChatGPT), add a custom connector and use this URL:

Sign in to 10ex when the sign-in page opens, and approve the connection.

Start a chat and ask for something in your workspace.
New to 10ex? Signing in through the connector creates your workspace, and you get the same free starting credits as a normal sign-up. Use your work email and verify it: unverified emails are refused.
What the assistant can do

For everything else (campaigns, contacts, content, knowledge, workflows, forms) the assistant can look up the matching 10ex endpoint and call it, with the same limits.
Safety
- Your assistant asks you before anything that changes data or spends credits. Read these prompts. Don’t turn off confirmation for 10ex tools.
- Running an agent or buying credits is guarded against being sent twice within a minute.
- Content the assistant reads from the web or your data can contain instructions aimed at it. Treat what it proposes with the same care as anything else it writes.
- Some things can’t be done from a chat: uploading files, and connecting accounts that need a login page. The assistant gives you a link to open instead.
- Sending email or publishing still waits for approval unless you turned approvals off.
Disconnect
Remove the connector in Claude or ChatGPT.
